so mad at myself! I didn't take the time to eat right. lots of o.t. and stress.. but.. my waist went down a size and my backside lifted a bit! the time I usually meal prep has been changed to working out because of work... maybe it's muscle gain? back on clean eating Sunday.. promised my 3 year old Mac and cheese Saturday...
