Dropped a pound and a half this week. After not dropping anything at all last week, at least its something. Realistically, though, I am due for a plateau. Another week or two and I should break through this one and start losing apace again. Just have to keep plugging along. Simple science, Calories IN vs Calories OUT. At least the weather has been wonderful. Easy to get out and hike every day.
