Today counts as a good day. I'm in Ornish’s 10% to 20% fat range, I've eaten 5 fruit and veg servings, no snacks and no bad foods.
30 mins watching Netflix Buffy while stepping on and off my bottom stair completes a good work. Feet up and be lazy time now, my knees deserve a rest.
