Thanks guys for all your comments. I weigh once a week, 1st thing in morning same day of the week. I tend to eat within a 12 hr window. In the last 5 yrs I've lost both parents in their early 60s. Both had diabetes, mother. underactive thyroid, M. E, And 2 strokes. Bed bound and on oxygen.
Father, on Blood pressure meds. Had Aneurysm so believe me when I wanna succeed in changing my lifestyle. Yes I've asked about thyroid as was in women of last 2 generations and also as reflexologist picks it up evertime but blood tests say no. I have been under a doctor and nutritionalist in the past and monitored with food diary and calorific intake. I allow myself 1500 cals as above that I tend to gain weight.. But I guess that could of changed due to menopause. Anyway onwards and downwards we hope. All the very best to you all. Here's to a good week ahead x
