I didn't track Friday or yesterday. On Friday I tracked breakfast and lunch and stopped. I ended up having a medium chocolate milkshake from Sonics which I finished 3/4th of, then I had the vermicelli noodles with BBQ pork from number nine with the sauce/oil stuff but I mostly just ate the pork off of, I wasn't crazy about the noodles. Then I made my red wine, lychee, passion tea lemonade. Saturday was a shorter list of foods. For breakfast I had a Venti light java chip frappuccino with 4 slices of bacon, a peach, half of a plum and 3/4ths of a large banana. For lunch I had a Grande java chip frappuccino not light but with nonfat milk and no whipped cream and I had that with grapes and french bread. For dinner I had a Grande light java chip frappuccino and a serving and a half of golden grahams with non fat milk which I didn't drink. So as you can tell yesterday was a lot of frappuccino and small amounts of food. It was sooooo hot. Today I'm going to the LA county fair so lots of bad food today.
