What the heck was I thinking allowing myself to eat Taco Bell!!!!!!It wouldn't have been that bad if I had only had the steak burrito......... What's done is done but I'm not doing this again.

don't beat yourself up - you've got to allow yourself that freedom every now and then. and when you get right back in routine, it just proves how strong you are. :)
