what helps to keep me motivated is to look at previous pictures of myself as reminder how unhappy i was and how far i have come .... seeing the weight drop daily keeps me motivated to keep going to prove to all the haters that ever said i wont be able to do it.... that i can ... i did and i still will continue my journey for my health and happiness....

Cutout a pic of the body you want and paste copies of your face on top of their face... and stick it on your fridge, mirrors and next to computer.
