Hope so, then it will seem odd not having a target 😅, I guess maintaining will be interesting. I was happy at 80 but thought I should give myself a buffer to be on the safe side 🤔😅

I thought 65.9 was unrealistic now heading to 60kg 😂 just wanna see how far I can go I guess 🙄 I no my ideal weight range so won't go out of that! I can avoid the maintaining part for now think that will be harder 😫

I must admit I weight and consider every bit of food, not sure that's very healthy 😅 I even have Benecol instead of butter, never in a million years though I'd see that. But I feel so much better for it so can't be a bad thing. Seeing the bags of charcoal pic also of very thought provoking 🙂
