Okay but WHY am I RAVENOUS? I literally ate 3 hours ago. 4.5 g fiber and 15 g protein. Yet, my tummy grumbles. Why? Why? I have 2 hours until I'm home and then another 30 minutes for cooking. Please send satiated energy my way 😭
