Okay but WHY am I RAVENOUS? I literally ate 3 hours ago. 4.5 g fiber and 15 g protein. Yet, my tummy grumbles. Why? Why? I have 2 hours until I'm home and then another 30 minutes for cooking. Please send satiated energy my way 😭

Are you logging? Just me thinking as you are relating how I’ve felt at times. If you’re consciously eating more healthy now you may be eating fewer simple carbs than previously? Try adding in a tbsp of a healthy oil like olive or coconut to your meals. I’ve found oils do curb hunger pains allowing me to feel satiated for a longer period of time! Good shedding! 😇

I use added fats in pretty much all of my meals except the one before that post lol. It was because I didn't eat enough lol. Then Wawa paid for it later
