At this point of the week I was supposed to go down one pound--not up! Yesterday I was in a weird mood. I went to Panera and ate too much. For breakfast, instead of having my shake I had sweet bread. Today I have to turn it around. I am drinking my healthy shake and will eat a light lunch, go run after work, and then eat a very light supper. Hopefully it will take me back to 166.
