I'm losing weight slowly, but that shouldn't surprise me. Even if I go down slowly but consistently, I should reach my goal. If I lose 0.3 pounds per day I will be losing around 2 pounds each week which is what my goal is, so I shouldn't feel discourages when I don't have the one-pound-per-day results.
