Another week another loss. Who knew that losing weight could be so much fun. But yet, I look at the scale and go "is that all I lost" so I have to slap myself every once in a while and have to realize that 2-3 pounds a week is a hell of lot when you do it week after week, month after month. Even with my loss, I need to re-focus on the basics: log everything, eat good healthy food, drink lots of water, add whatever exercise you are capable of doing and keep focused. We can all do this. Have a great weekend.

You are so right! I feel like I'm crazy sometimes...one minute I'm like, "Wow, I'm really doing this & it's not impossible like I first thought," & the next I'm wondering if time is standing still or something because nothing appears to be happening. Thanks for the reminder buddy...we CAN all do this!

Thank you both for the reminder. I thought I was the only one thinking these things. When I get charged up that I'm doing well, sometimes I get impatient that it's not going faster. But as Geo99 said, it's doing it week after week that's important.
