Note to Self: Marine Corp 1/2 Marathon Oct. 2, 2008. Get ready, get set, run off your bunns!
13.1 miles in rain ain't difficult. Just make sure you wear your sports glasses next time!
I broke my glasses last weekend. Had to carry my specs for 11 miles. Wasn't so bad if it hadn't been for me busting my water tube, too.

Goal weight for competition: 155 pounds. Night before, eat 2 cups navy beans in addition to beef stew and rice. No training run for 5 days in front. Always dedicate run to your LORD: Jesus Christ, Messiah!
