Well it seems that I am back in "stall" mode again (last 5 days). I'm not upset or concerned this time. The comments and support from FS members has helped me to realize that I just need to stick to plan because the drop on the scales will be back eventually. In fact, it seems a pattern is developing....I lose big one week and stay the same the next. I can live with that :).
I did check my measurements this morning just to see how things are going and found that I had lost several inches since meeting my first mini goal on August 29. I also wanted to know where I was prior to my challenge.
I'm very excited (for 2 reasons) to start my Walking Challenge on Monday. 1 - 2 months ago my knee wouldn't let me walk an hour a day. 2 - I want to see how much the exercise will increase my pound/inches loss. This will be more cardio than I've done (consistently) in a very long time....well maybe I should say ever.
It will be a fun experiment ... so to speak. One that I realize I will need to keep up even once the challenge is over. Exercise is a 4 letter word for me....but I know that I have to JUST DO IT.
