Yes... I find this easy as well. Well the low carb days. I was on this before and kind of fell off but am on it again. I am wondering what to do for my carb nite? I read that it's a little harder for women to lose fat on this. I lift heavy and was looking for a plan that would allow me to shed fat while maintaining muscle mass and came across carb nite. I like the concept. Hoping for good results.

My first carbnite was guess work, cookies mainly. Last carbnite was better, salmon, white rice. then gluten free pizza, then doughnuts, cookie, cupcake, and a cliff bar before bed.
This thursday, after I lift wieghts I'm eating salmon and rice, then gluten free pizza, then im taking natural maple syrup to IHOP and eating pancakes and waffles. lol

IHOP! YUM!! :) I have restarted reorientation and only on day 2! Can't wait until carb nite!
