Feeling down! I lost 6 pounds as soon as I started this journey and now I’m up one pound! Going to try and focus on exercise and getting more steps in during the day while telecommuting. Hope that goal helps.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 April 2020:
1081 kcal Fat: 52.16g | Prot: 34.60g | Carb: 121.92g.   Breakfast: Fathead Pizza, Activia Vanilla Yogurt. Lunch: Hunt's Manwich Heat & Serve Original Sloppy Joe Sauce with Fully Cooked Ground Beef, Country Kitchen Sliced White Bread, Dole Diced Pears in Light Syrup, Cucumber (with Peel) . Dinner: Baskin-Robbins Heath Ice Cream, Cheetos Baked! I try to figure out what I did to lose the weight when I lose it (slow going!) and copy some of the meals and exercise from those times. I am on slowdown but I found that keeping track of my average intake over the week really helps, and I try to get down 100 or 200 calories a day average if I am really pushing.
