I hate that the food log is off when I have a free meal ... it looks like I hardly ate anything today, lol. The lunch I had was pretty good nutrition-wise, considering how far I could have strayed from the plan. Sometimes I think I should log the free meals as well, but sometimes it's too tough to figure out the nutritional stuff ... ah well.

Water intake for the day:

FREE MEALS THIS WEEK: Tue lunch, Fri dinner
