Today is the first day this week that i felt hungry around lunch time.But I am sticking with it and not eating until I feel full, so I suppose that's a good thing. Some encouragment for me: when I put my shorts on today I didn't need to " suck in" to get them zipped. Still worried about weighing in on monday though...

Well done on doing so well this week, it isn't easy but will be worth it. I know how you feel I weigh in on Mondays too and I'm really feeling the pressure as it approaches.
