Yesterday I had a carb day! I did it and got it over with now today I am back on low carb for another week. I new I was going to do so I went with it and ate all the things I felt I had been deprived of. It wasn't awful, but it was more carbs than I needed, probably 2 or 3 days worth of carbs, but now that feeling is over and I am back to business.
