I mean you are at 9% weight loss at that weight. I’m at 10% starting from 353 and I’m moving fast. So you are moving at light speed 😂

Hi Misty, yes, that's pretty high rate of loss. It may be time to think about your maintenance strategy. I started my WL journey in July 2018, lost 35 lbs by Dec 2018, then had ups and downs because that was really too fast. I finally stabilized, then did slow loss / maintenance over the next 9 or 10 months to lose the final 10 lbs. Now my weight is holding steady. I still log and count calories; I'm pre-diabetic / type 2, and I control my BS without medication, by watching my carbs.

Yes it's time to get serious about maintaining. I always lose, go on vacation then back to old habits. Trying to focus on the lifestyle. Thanks for the support, all of you!!!We got this!!!
