well, it's that time ready for level 2 (owl) ongoing weight loss will start with 5 extra carbs but will love the taste of Strawberry again. Fingers crossed. my insulin is down to 12 units doctor says when I reach 9 I can stop but all my reading have been in the upper 89 and only mid 100' i.e. 105 2 hours after a meal; last A1c was 5.1. Blood pressure has drop I got a couple of 98/68, but doctor say as long as I'm not feeling dizzy it's okay; maybe I will try to stop the high blood pressure meds just to see where I am without med.
