第一次自己包饺子,一心想着皮薄大馅,太过了,分分钟撑破的感觉,用来当早餐,这吹弹可破的皮肤只能做蒸饺吧😁😁
荸荠应该属于主食!菠萝碳水和糖量也很高.午饭用它们替代主食了。
