What a beautiful day we had yesterday. It was a crisp cool morning warming up to 72 before the day was over. I would have enjoyed it ore if my darned hip hadn't started hurting! It is hurting still today so I am going to the Dr to see if I can get some relief. This morning when I took my dog out for her morning business I saw 2 blue birds. They are so beautiful! I am still sticking to the exchange program I got from my Tops chapter. This morning I had steel cut oats and an orange. It is a very easy program to stick to.
