I changed my start date back to August 14, 2019, which was when I started. A few months before that, I had changed to "Healthy" foods and saw only a 4 pound weight loss. Then I stumbled across "Keto" which I thought was just another fad diet to spend money on. When learning about Keto, I found the science of it very interesting! With my diet behavior, I'm losing 9 pounds a month. Last month family got together and I had pizza, wings, and submarine sandwiches! (But I didn't go hog wild) To my surprise, I didn't gain weight from the cheese and bread.
