Poop. I’ve only really been doing it the past 3 days. Oh and today. Lol. Lost 4Ibs ( 1.8kg ) In 3 days. All I changed was for lunch 1 stick of celery and a banana. 14 stone 7 14 stone 5 1/4 14 stone 4 3/4 And this morning 14 stone 4

U will see the change in measurements or weigh in every two weeks babe. It take for the body to register the changes. Trust me 👍❤️
