Tonight was my WW meeting. UP 1.2 :( OK!!! Just the way it is. The way it is---is I just like to eat. I eat too much when I do. I have binges. Had one tonight. Another ice cream binge. I realize I do this. I want to stop. I want to be able to sit down and enjoy just a serving of certain foods and stop. Not just keep shoveling it in my mouth while standing at the kitchen sink. I need and want to slow down, and focus on what I am eating. I need to do better. Well, now on the bright side. I did get my biking, hooping, and sit-ups in. Although I feel this sit-up thing just might be a hopeless battle. I am just built to have a gut. I see a lot of women with this gut. WHY?? Old age? Hormones?? WTH!!!

1 day and counting----So glad Friday is tomorrow!!!!

Hate binges too. Maybe just try to use small bowls/plates. Sometimes that works for me. I am not going to live my life giving up alot of treats. I mean not going cold turkey on everything. Some things I can see they need to be left and never seen again like FAT, FAT red meat. I'll have the lower fat beef every once in awhile. So, having a little ice cream is okay for a treat now and then. Just tell yourself you can have it but only a limited amount and then use a cup or small bowl. If we deny ourselves the pleasure of treats like that I think it tends to make us binge when we do give in. Just a thought. Hope it helps! Love ya girl!

Negative: Binging.. Positive: You realized and admit your weakness, and instead of sitting and say why me?? you got off the couch and exercised, so big thumbs up!!!! Now give yourself a hug for me :)

Yep, binges are bad but hooray!!! You got some exercising in, pat yourself on the back. As for the gut, my trainer tells me the muscle is just underneath the fat so don't give up hope. As the fat melts away, the muscle will show through. Here is a thought, maybe you should either buy smaller serving of ice cream or make your own. I'm finding when I make my own food (ice cream included) I make less so I eat less. Keep up the good work!
