I feel great..despite my 7 hostess cupcake splurge yesterday. I binge ate despite eating so well the day before. Yesterday, I had a salad, an omelette, a 1/2 piece of steak, and then the binge.
My TOM is here...so I gave myself permission to just "do it and get it over with." Im back on track for now..not really eating anything this morning b/c Im stuffed from the cupcakes apparently :)
Im not bloated or feeling crummy...so I guess Im alright!
Today, if I can help it, Im going to keep it low calorie and less than 10 carbs. That will ensure I erase the damage from last night.
Ill check in tonight to see if I made it :)

I made it! I didnt do less than 10 carbs, I had about 30 carbs. But I could have blown it!

I feel the same way...if the craving is that big, you might as well do it and get it over with. You're still doing great!!
