I am hanging in there at the gym but I am not seeing a single budge in the scale. I am not sure what else to do. I am unable to eat healthy consistently, but have been doing better at it. Still here LOL!

consistency is key with weight loss. Most of weight loss comes from diet, so you need to get that under control if you want to lose. Dig your heals in and do it! Be a NIKE commercial!

Thank you Suzi, that's what I needed! I love Nike commercials! I KNOW what I need to do, dietwise. I even enjoy it! SO...here goes!
