yes, it's a shocking increase. in my defense, I had a great Christmas and New Year. there was also lots of birthday cakes I'm December and January. in addition, I'm now proud to say that I'm a non-smoker. I stayed away from the scales during my quit period. but I think I can handle not smoking and weight loss now. here's hoping that February and March are better months for my weight control.
