Supper tonight was veggies and rice with ham. Trying to use up some things in the fridge lol. Rice, broccoli, bell pepper, celery, carrots, onion, chickpeas, and ham chunks. Added seasoning, soy sauce, and a little sugar while it cooked. Gotta say I really like it. 420 calories.
