Have officially started the C25K program! Yesterday was day 2 of Week 1, if that makes any sense. Tomorrow will be day 3. I won't be able to do it until very late in the day, which is lame since I prefer to exercise in the late morning. This is a major achievement for me. I tried C25K about a month ago and couldn't get through the 26ish minute walk/run. I gave it up and focused on walking at 3.5 for 50 minutes. The fact that in one month I got to the point where I can actually do it feels really good. Oh, I still followed the C25K session with an additional 25 minutes of walking. The goal is still 3 miles, every other day. Not much else to report. Oh! I started eating tuna with Pico de Gallo yesterday. I had it again today. It is very tasty. I can't believe I went this long without ever trying it!
