I finished my trashy novel last night.. and boy it was trashy! It was on loan from my SIL and wowsers I wonder if she had to buy it shrink wrapped.. like the special magazines at the gas station.. pretty filthy.. sadly my back is very stiff today.. and that has me in full panic mode. I am trying not to flip out.. because I am here... alone... with my kids... no one to help me and my husband does not come home till tomorrow. I am trying to be careful and not panic.. but I can feel the panic in my chest.. I just want it to be bed time.. 11.5 more hours to go.. What a yucky feeling. I keep telling myself that I have only had 2 pt appts.. and that I should not feel despair but being the emotional person I am.. it is a struggle to be logical.

Be sure a drink plenty of water if your back is cramping up. It helps
