Taking it a day at a time and doing well. I always do pretty well during the week but the weekends that are the most difficult for me. But I'm hoping this weekend will be better than last weekend and so forth...and the next weekend will be better than this one.🙏💞

Man! it's only Tuesday and I'm already worrying about the weekend!🤔😏

Chestnut...I guess the weekend seems different because I'm not at work and there's no regular routine. A lot more time and room for temptation. But I can do this! I'll just plan my meals/snacks and keep busy! And hit the gym some! Thanks for commenting and being so sweet!

Happily I am retired every day is the same one leads Into another, always temptations there,I am too old to party on weekends. I hope you reach all your goals you seem to me a genuauilly nice person, good luck.

Weekends were difficult for me too. Rosio19 showed us that we can still lose if we have a weekly deficit. Allow yourself more calories for the weekend.

Chestnut...I've never been a party person so I guess that's good for me. My party is hanging out at home with my boys and the hubster. :) Moo..you have a great point there! Thank you for reminding me of that!

Hope will not make your weekend better. Planning what you eat in the pre—party time will help balance out the day. Learning portion control and moderation is your best friend as is keeping up with activities that support calorie expenditure. You cannot however, out run or out exercise a bad diet. You can do this
