I definitely cheated last night. I didn't physically feel well within 10 minutes of eating the fast food. I had previously put it in my mind that I needed to eat (and eat a lot) quickly (and on the road) since I was going to an open bar and needed to not be drinking on an empty stomach.
Oh the rationalizations of a 24 yr old haha. I'm back on the diet today though. Even had my Smart Bran when I woke up with cotton mouth (no cinnamon though..I don't think I could have after having waaaay too much on cereal earlier in the week)
