Broke fast a little early. Made minestrone in the instant pot. (Just loving cooking again so much. And eating veggies!) Pressure cook for 3 minutes! Had with tuna san and collard greens slaw. The slaw is completely addictive and i like it with walnuts on top! #soupertrouper! #saladgang! #veggieposse!
