Happy Monday!!!💜🌻💜 So today I brought my water bottle and walking shoes to work.😁 Seems like no big deal but those two items were a regular part of my workday once upon a time. A 30 min brisk walk each day and keeping hydrated made a huge difference in my life!🤗 It's amazing how the small healthy decisions we make have such a huge effect in how we feel!💕 I'm tired of feeling so heavy, tired of my knees hurting, tired of feeling older than I am as I go up and down stairs and sitting myself down in chairs, tired of feeling self-conscious😳, tired of looking at my stomach getting rounder and rounder, tired of not being able to wear any of my clothes😞, and finally I'm tired of feeling sorry for myself!😝 This is going to be my year for change! A change in my way of life!🙏💞
