No exercise today except housework. Did not loose last couple of days. Gonna check ketones after dinner. Might go on egg and mest tomorrow if i dont see a drop. I cant believe i am so low on calories and i am not loosing. I am not hungry. Good hydration. This diet seems to be good for me. Just wish i could accilerate the weight loss. I have to be careful with muscles in my legs. Dont want to overdo it.

If I were you, I would go back and stay in induction... You may be up very insulin sensitive. You may even want to start and go back and try the atkins fat fast. This is how i learned that I'm very sensitive to carbs, I would only lose in induction, and would very easily come out of ketosis. However I did 5 days of the fat fast, and it really put me deep into ketosis, now I've just decided that twice a week i'm going to have a fat fast day, so that I can stay deep in ketosis.

The Fat Fast really works. I did it and lost about 6 pounds in 5 days. Hope you have good luck with it if you try it.

I also found that the fat fast never left me feeling hungry... at least after the first 24 hours... those were a bit rough.

Beth, fat Fast is an Atkins thing...you can read about it several places..basically the first phase is 1000 calories & 90%fat for 3-5 days. I'm not good at explaining this, but I hope someone else is. If you'd like you can look at my week of the fat fast..I did it from Feb. 11 - 15. you can type in Fat Fast on computer it should take you to the info.

Beth you can also check out my diary from the first 4 days I started here so Tuesday-Friday I was really consistent, slipped a little Saturday, then ended up sick most of Sunday... so I didn't eat much Sunday or Monday and started back with induction today.
