18 pounds according to the work scale......that is the scale I am using. I am pleased, and until this week I haven't felt like I was missing out in any area. This week I have been hungrier and I have wanted something different to eat. I am working with it. It has been suggested that I increase my calories.....that is a scary thought.

gradually increase your calories as I was told many moons ago! I think It fuels the system and If you keep active at same time you actually loose weight! good luck x

I'm going to try it. Today it seemed like I just wanted to eat something all day.....not over my calories but putting something in my mouth all day. Munch...munch
