Well I picked a good week to start my diet lol, on Sunday I ended up in the Emergency room and having Emergency surgery to remove a benign tumor from my left ovary...so now I am home recuperating, it will be a couple of weeks till I can workout...on the food end trying to eat healthy I guess.
