Kinda feeling low, need to pick myself up & dust myself off. Last night my bf brought home food from work & I hadn't eaten yet, so I dig right in to a smallish size bowl of mac & cheese. Just to find out after I ate it, the calories equaled half of my days allotted calories. So I basically gave up today & ate what I wanted. Now I feel horrible. Guess I learned that lesson. Never eat before checking the calorie count first. I was just hungry. I really feel stuck recently, going up & down the same 5ish lbs. I guess I plateaued at 30 lbs lost. That is the same number I gained in the last 2 years before I started this program again. I know it's my fault for not counting right. Sigh. Just feeling down & wishing I would figure this out. Well, look out, here I go again lol!

Yeah & I'm using 100 calories less than it says to use. I'm ok, was just a bit down when I wrote that. Back on track now! Thank you 💙
