Almost back to where I was weight wise pre-cold. The cold isn't gone yet, but I've started to feet a little better every day.

I would REALLY like to be down another 10 lbs by Thanksgiving, so I'm going to really kick it in the butt. I need to find a filling alternative to an english muffin with peanut butter for breakfast. But its soooo good! I also eat my breakfast in the car during my 1 hour commute every day, so I'm working on finding something easy to eat.. They gave me a list of ideas, but not many are that easy to throw together. I should probably start liking yogurt or something.. Maybe more steak in the morning would do it.. I'm sure I'll find something.

I have stopped some of my PB english muffins, although I had one yesterday and today. I am eating more cottage cheese now. There really are not a lot of protein alternatives to chicken and meats. I won't eat those for breakfast and I can only stand so much eggbeaters.

Kelly are you on the number or color plan? If you are on the number plan can you have a whole tortilla? You can have a scrambled egg white breakfast taco topped with salsa that can be wrapped to go.

Yum.. I'm on the numbered plan. Its just a matter of how much time I have in the AM to throw something like that together... Though I'm not a huge fan of them, I may try it with egg beaters, which would save me messing up another dish in the morning.

Kelly, I eat the same bkfast almost every morning and it is not really car friendly but it is quick. I hard boil eggs every Sunday so I have them in the fridge all week then while I toast 1 slice of lite wheat I peel an egg and slice it then spray butter spray on the toast and top with the sliced egg, more butter spray and Ms. Dash. It is pretty filling and gets my metabolism kicked in early. Then I'll have some lite yogurt or fruit once I'm at work.
