I hate that I know I have to lose weight, but have 0 motivation to actually eat healthy for one day.. I was doing so good. first of the month I was super great for the first week. lost 8 lbs on speed keto. then had a bad night then that turned into a weekend. then tried again and just would binge eat at night and then my son had his first birthday and I'm back up 3.8 lbs out of the 8 I lost . not sure where my head is at but I need to get back on track for the next 3 weeks before Christmas really wanna lose a pant size and shirt size. so sick of buying 2xl.
