Sebenernya kalo di niatin semuanya bakalan gampang dan lebih mudah ya gaes, aku 3 tahun ga makan nasi! Everyday dari dulu sampe sekarang cuma makan lauk pauknya aja. Sampe detik ini mutusin buat diet lagi mau turunin 5kg tapi gtau ya semoga bisa! 😍
