Down 4.6 lbs this first week.
I worked hard on getting up, out of bed before 10AM. That went well most of the week. But for surely way better than normal.
Also I have been working on drinking more water and less other things. I am learning I really do like cold water.
I have also tried very hard to do more with my time. With my depression and lack of energy I have a hard time moving. I cooked more meals, did more laundry and a few other things.
