I have been this weight for 10 days now and this is only 7 weeks since I started this journey. Given I have so much weight to lose I didn’t expect it to slow down so quickly. However, I am hanging in there as the body has no option but to eventually adjust cause I am sticking to my average of 650
Calories per day
195.3 lb Lost so far: 23.1 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
