I've moved on in my wandering journey this week...and am now staying at another friend's house for the rest of the week - I will head home on Sunday.
I love staying here. Not only is there a wonderful pool, a hottub and lots of good girlfriends to hang out with - but it's easy to follow Atkins, too. My girlfriend lost about 40lbs on Atkins a year ago and is a lifer now!! So she has all sorts of good stuff that I can have!!
It occured to me this morning that my little working vacation this week has been very Atkins friendly!! :) Seems like everywhere I turn, someone is around me that has also changed their life with Atkins. Kind of reassuring.
Hope everyone is having a great week - I haven't had a lot of chances to peruse all your journals...will try to catch up when I get home!
