I've been eating "normal" meals and trying to keep to what I know are "friendly" foods for my body chemistry. We did go out for a hamburger at Burger King, but we stuck to Plan recipes for the other two meals. I'm comfortable with having ice cream snack, knowing that I'm not going to gain. I test wine one day when company came over, and was so thrilled that it didn't put on any weight!

I'm amazed at how well I'm doing, how easy this all is, because in the past, as soon as I go off any "diet", I always gained weight. Yes, I've gained a little here and there, but I know what I have to do to get it back off.

I just love this control I'm feeling over my weight. I sure hope it's a lifetime thing!
234.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
