First weigh-in today since Sept 13th.
Normally I do it every day, but life happens.
I got in a car accident on the 11th, left for my week long belated honeymoon in Mexico on the 18th, and have been super busy since we got back on the 22nd and haven’t been able to workout.

Yet... somehow, I was fortunate enough to get up on the scale this morning (I was really dreading it) and see the lowest number so far on this journey!

I feel like this shows that my mind and body have shifted gears a bit. Even when I think I’m doing bad it’s not anything compared to what “bad” used to mean for me. My portions are still in check these days I think, even when I’m not counting calories. This gives me a ton of hope!

**ps.. this also could be partially do to the fact that I took a 6 mile hike (3 miles down a steep mountainside and 3 miles back up the damn steep mountainside) on accident last weekend haha. Friends did not warn me what I was getting into and it almost killed me! Guess it made up for the lack of physical activity as of late though 😅
157.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
