It was really yummy! Any idea to make it less yummy? This batch turned out sweeter even though I added the same amount of sweetener to the second fermentation.

We're bringing it with us, as we stay with different friends and family. Mother scoby is at our daughter's place, but we will be moving scoby family when we head north after next work. We're all on an adventure! 😄🚗👍😋

Did you put pear slices in it or just use pear juice? I’m not sure how I would squeeze pears into my narrow bottles 🤔

Used a little bit of maple syrup, cut the pear into tiny cubes, and sprinkled cinnamon into a cup with a spout to pour into a funnel. For the lavender, I infused the dried lavender with a simple syrup before adding to kombucha. Will add lemon before serving.😋😋😋
