So Guys I just wanted to say I am really gonna double down this week since I havent been exactly on the grind toward my loss I guess I've been only maintaining this last week I know I gotta try harder. You know, I've noticed someone who drinks alot like everyday and eats alot less and is losing weight. I think since I tried every other thing I might give this a try. I really am not a big drinker socially yes but not originally....so I doubt I'll have a problem I'm gonna try drinking more and eating OMAD. Of course I will still juice to get the veg nutrients. 😎. Wishing my ppl following a good weekend hoping to learn from y'all.

Always a time and place ❤️ I like my beer🤦🏻♀️ but my children, husband and work are more important 🤗🥰😘 I save room in my RDI to relax.
